Regional delivery · Technology and resources

Urban expertise. Rural reach.

Shared Nairobi metropolitan technology capacity supporting regional teams, rural ICT access and accountable field delivery.

A shared support model

Nairobi metropolitan is a cross-regional support catchment, not an extra geographic region or a second count of neighbouring counties. Hub sites, equipment quantities, funded posts and operating dates require assessment and approval. No facility is represented as already established.

Nairobi metropolitan shared technology capacity

Virtual infrastructure, secure systems, cybersecurity, help desk, remote training, technical procurement review and specialist repair coordination.

Norisha Umoja regional support

Coordinate its 14 counties, schedule shared specialists, allocate equipment and monitor service, logistics and delivery exceptions.

Rural and county access points

Accessible assisted service, secure connectivity, limited local equipment, trained facilitators and practical field support. Sites and quantities follow local readiness assessments.

People where presence matters

Share systems administration, finance processing, procurement analysis, reporting, scheduling and document preparation. Assign people locally for community engagement, field capture, consent, safeguarding response, physical verification, accessible support, handover and follow-up. No shared logins and no automatic approval of a worker’s own case.

Connectivity outages require controlled offline work, protected temporary records and reconciled upload. A hub must prove restore capability, secure access, power continuity and staff competence before accepting sensitive beneficiary records.

Direct-manufacturer procurement and accountable distribution

  1. Departments define and cost the operational need; technical staff approve a common specification.
  2. The Founder leads direct manufacturer engagement and factory visits. Verify the factory’s legal identity, production capability, genuine products, bank beneficiary and written warranty.
  3. Compare compliant manufacturer quotations, landed cost in KES, support, spares and lifecycle cost before an approved order.
  4. Finance records approved commitments and separately authorised payments. Procurement maintains the contract, inspection, shipping and import records.
  5. Independent receiving staff check quantities, condition and serials. Assets are tagged, assigned and tracked through stores, region, hub and end custodian.
  6. Deployment and maintenance teams record installation, training, acceptance, faults, warranty claims, transfers and end-of-life disposal.

Direct sourcing does not remove customs, inspection, transport, insurance or authorised technical-service requirements. These services must be transparent and separately documented; they do not become an undisclosed resale margin. No purchase, supplier appointment or tax exemption is announced by this plan.

Pilot requirements before scaling

Assess service demand; accessible premises; secure power and connectivity; centrally managed endpoints; virtual compute and storage; tested backups; role-based access; technical support; media kits; inventory and delivery records; training; maintenance and consumables; compliant import and disposal arrangements. Validate one pilot package before buying for multiple counties.
