The department titles below describe the planned structure. They do not represent filled positions, active offices or services currently available in every location.

Marketing and market access

D19’s communications and public-engagement work includes the Founder-directed marketing responsibility, coordinated with livelihoods, agriculture and publishing. The planned marketplace remains subject to seller eligibility, safeguarding and commercial approval.

Proposed standard staffing

Each department has a proposed baseline from its lead through officer, coordination and support roles. Blank portrait frames indicate planned positions, not appointed staff or advertised vacancies. Titles are role types, not approved headcounts, salaries or operating services. The Regional Coordinator role is planned across eight regions; county roles will scale only after approved needs and resources are established.

Specialist staff and project teams will be designed separately when a particular intervention is approved. Clinical, legal, technical and other regulated duties require appropriately qualified and authorised personnel. Internal audit retains its independent oversight reporting line.
