Norisha Foundation is building a transparent and accountable giving system designed to connect generosity with verified needs, responsible delivery, evidence, reconciliation, and measurable long-term outcomes.
Monetary donations, goods, services, funding and all contributions are on hold pending government certification. Norisha will publish official payment channels only after institutional verification, financial-control activation, and compliance approval. Do not send donations to personal accounts or unverified intermediaries.
Both categories are planned. Money, goods and services are not currently accepted while government certification and approved activation are pending.
Category 1
Financial support through an officially verified Norisha Foundation bank account, once giving is authorised. Bank details and payment instructions will be published only after activation.
Planned tracking: donor and transaction reference, amount and currency, approved purpose, receipt, donation and financial ledger entries, and bank reconciliation.
Category 2
Support through donated products, equipment, learning materials or approved professional services. Acceptance will depend on verified needs, suitability and formal approval.
Planned tracking: donor, item or service description, quantity or scope, condition where relevant, documented valuation basis where applicable, acceptance record, and delivery or service completion evidence. In-kind support will be tracked separately from cash receipts.
A separate choice
Norisha is planning a chargeable digital subscription service whose income is intended to support the Foundation’s mission. Subscription fees will be determined and published before subscriptions open.
Giving and partnership remain separate choices: neither requires a subscription, and a subscription is never recorded as a donation.
Individuals, organisations, institutions and community groups may plan to offer goods, services or both. Money can also accompany an in-kind gift; each part will be documented separately.

Products or physical items, with a description, quantity, condition and delivery details.
Time, expertise or professional work, with a defined scope, provider and completion details.
One proposed contribution containing both items and services, such as equipment with installation or books with training. Each part will have its own specifications under a shared donation reference.
Books, stationery, learning materials and educational equipment.
Clothing, footwear, bedding and suitable household items.
Suitable packaged food and other approved supplies, with quantities, storage needs and expiry dates specified.
Hygiene supplies, assistive devices and suitable equipment, subject to suitability and safety review.
Computers, tablets, connectivity equipment and appropriately licensed digital resources.
Desks, chairs, storage, tools and suitable facility materials.
Approved tools, agricultural inputs, sports equipment and creative materials.
Teaching, tutoring, mentoring and skills training.
Accounting, legal, ICT, design and other professional services offered by appropriately qualified providers.
Appropriate professional health or wellbeing services, subject to provider verification and approval.
Approved transport, delivery, storage and distribution services.
Repairs, installation and facility maintenance.
Production, translation, communications and approved media support.
Planned recordkeeping will link each contribution to its donor, approval, acceptance and delivery or completion evidence. Goods will have item records and services will have scope and completion records. Cash receipts, goods and services will remain distinguishable to avoid double counting. These operational records are not yet activated.
Where support can matter
Norisha's giving architecture is intended to connect resources to approved programmes while preserving accountability from funding through delivery, evidence, reconciliation, and outcomes.
Support education access, learning materials, mentorship, digital skills, talent development, and pathways into productive futures.
Help strengthen access to appropriate health, wellbeing, emergency, maternal, child, disability, and community support interventions.
Support safeguarding, shelter, essential assistance, protection services, and dignified responses for people facing vulnerability.
Help individuals, families, and communities build sustainable livelihoods, skills, enterprise capacity, and long-term resilience.
Accountability
Norisha is building its donation systems around authorization, traceability, responsible allocation, delivery verification, reconciliation, safeguarding, and evidence of results.
Activation pathway
No payment channel is publicly active yet.
Norisha will publish payment instructions only after institutional ownership, provider verification, formal approval, and reconciliation controls are complete.

Institutional bank accounts, approved mobile-money channels, card processing, and international giving routes must be verified in Norisha Foundation's name before publication.

Each channel must support authorization, transaction records, reconciliation, audit trails, donor receipts, and controlled access before accepting public funds.

Applicable Kenyan legal, regulatory, tax, data-protection, anti-fraud, financial-control, and cross-border requirements must be reviewed before activation.

Only formally approved and verified giving channels will be published and connected to Norisha's digital giving systems. Personal or unverified accounts will never be presented as official donation channels.
While government certification is pending, individuals, institutions, and prospective funding partners can view information about Norisha through the official engagement pathway.
