Norisha Impact

Measuring progress with evidence, accountability and dignity.

Norisha Foundation is building an impact model that connects verified needs, responsible programme delivery, evidence and measurable outcomes. Our goal is to understand not only what was done, but whether lives and communities are becoming stronger over time.

How We Define Impact

Impact is more than the number of activities completed. We seek evidence that support is relevant, properly delivered, responsibly documented and contributing to meaningful long-term change.

Verified Need

Support begins with understanding and verifying needs, risks, strengths and circumstances before resources or interventions are assigned.

Accountable Delivery

Programmes are designed to connect approved support with clear responsibility, documented delivery and appropriate safeguards.

Evidence & Outcomes

We aim to measure what was delivered, what changed and what can be improved, rather than relying only on activity counts.

Dignity & Safeguarding

Impact must never come at the expense of privacy, dignity, safety or the rights of the people and communities we serve.

From Support to Outcomes

1. Need

Identify and verify the situation requiring support.

2. Response

Match the verified need with an appropriate programme or intervention.

3. Evidence

Document delivery, participation and relevant programme evidence.

4. Outcome

Assess changes, lessons, sustainability and appropriate follow-up.

Responsible Public Reporting

Public reporting should be accurate, verifiable and proportionate. Norisha will publish approved impact information as verified data becomes available, while protecting personal information, safeguarding beneficiaries and avoiding misleading or inflated claims.

Accountability

Transparency must support trust.

As Norisha grows, verified programme information, approved results and appropriate accountability reporting will be strengthened and published through controlled public channels.
