Field team applications

Photographers, videographers, field evidence officers, community enrolment facilitators and community liaison applicants.

We are certified. Apply online.

Applications: 25 October–30 November 2026, closing 23:59 EAT. This first field intake is for Norisha Umoja (Rift Valley). Each person applies individually; a referral does not replace an application.

Registration is followed by sample review, practical assessment, identity/credential checks and an authorised engagement decision. Successful onboarding then leads to a centrally issued personnel ID, name badge, role-limited account and specific assignments. No fees are charged. Engagement type, remuneration where applicable and deployment dates require written terms.

Individual field application

1. Contact and intended field location

Choose the place where you expect to reside and work for the next two years after starting an approved placement. If you plan to move soon, select your intended destination, not your birthplace or former home county. The first transfer review may be requested after one year of service; a transfer requires written approval and is not automatic. Registration is not an appointment; final location, start date and terms follow a written offer.

Do not enter a precise home address, ID number or another person’s details.

2. Smartphone and practical readiness

An assigned worker needs reliable smartphone access, screen lock, secure account use, charging and upload capability before deployment. Access support can be reviewed; do not buy equipment in anticipation of an appointment.

3. Experience and samples

Optional for liaison/facilitation roles: a 60–90 second landscape video, a 15–30 second vertical video and five photographs. Use your own consenting adult demonstration, objects or scenery. Do not submit beneficiary, child or confidential case footage.

Upload work samples privately

MP4/WebM videos: 50 MB each. JPG/PNG photos: 5 MB each. You may use HTTPS review links below instead. Uploads are for review and are not published.

An existing YouTube or controlled review link is acceptable. Share only samples you have permission to provide. Links are for recruitment review, not permission for Norisha to publish them.

4. Declarations

Do not submit ID copies, KRA PINs, SHA numbers, medical records, passwords, OTPs or bank details. Missing onboarding documents can be recorded and supported later through authorised HR onboarding.

You can request help without entering any private identifier or medical information here. HR will follow up on the specific missing documents privately.

Applicant privacy and next steps

Norisha Foundation processes contact details, intended field location, experience, device readiness and sample links or privately uploaded demonstration media to assess this application and communicate with you. Application records and optional work samples are saved in private storage. Review notifications are transmitted through our email delivery service to the authorised recruitment inbox at mark@norisha.org; only authorised reviewers should access them. Unsubmitted uploads are temporary review drafts; contact us if you want them removed. This is an application route, not a private staff login or beneficiary evidence store.

Unsuccessful applications will be reviewed for deletion six months after the closing date unless a documented legal retention obligation applies. A separate invitation is required for longer talent-pool retention. Contact mark@norisha.org to request access, correction or other applicable data rights; complaints may also be made to Kenya’s Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.

At private onboarding, HR will record whether identity, KRA PIN, SHA registration and other applicable employment documents are available, in progress or not yet held. Assistance letters may be provided after review. Do not send those records through this public form. SHA registration does not by itself prove active health cover; HR must check the relevant status through authorised channels.

Workers cannot approve their own beneficiary cases, promise assistance, collect fees or publish beneficiary images. Beneficiary capture, verification, eligibility, approval, dispatch and recipient acknowledgement remain separate stages. People seeking help do not need to own a smartphone.

Funding and activation conditions

Enrolment records interest only. Progression, activation, placement and starting work depend on confirmed funding, approved staffing budgets, strategic priorities, resource planning and deployment readiness. Dates are planning targets, not guaranteed employment. Written appointment and reporting instructions are required before work starts.
