Norisha Foundation is building systems designed to make decisions, resources, responsibilities and results increasingly visible and accountable while protecting the dignity, safety and privacy of the people we serve.
Our approach
Accountability from need to outcome
Transparency is more than publishing figures. It requires clear responsibilities, documented decisions, appropriate controls and reliable evidence showing how support moves from an identified need to an approved action and verified outcome.
Norisha's systems are being developed to strengthen that chain of accountability while recognising that some information must remain restricted because of safeguarding, privacy, security, legal or contractual obligations.

Some records cannot be made public. Personal data, child safeguarding information, sensitive health information, security-related material and other protected information may require restricted access.
Our goal is to provide meaningful accountability without exposing people to avoidable harm or publishing information that should lawfully or ethically remain protected.
