A substantial AI function

AI governance, supervised virtual assistants, data quality and reporting, and staff AI enablement each have Lead and Assistant roles. Human authority remains explicit.

Professional administration

People and office administration, finance, records and compliance, procurement and assets work with the office’s coordination mandate. JDs set qualifications, evidence and practical assessment.

Virtual work, limited access

Remote and hybrid delivery are specified by role. Named accounts and delegated permissions limit core-system access. Equipment production remains on-site after appropriate induction.

Your application journey

Reviewed as applications arrive

Funding and activation conditions

Submitting an enrolment or application records interest only. Progression, activation, placement and starting work depend on confirmed funding, approved staffing budgets, strategic priorities, resource planning and deployment readiness. Dates are planning targets, not guaranteed employment. No one should report for work without a written appointment and reporting instructions.

  1. 1. Receive and review

Enrolment gives you an immediate reference. Send your complete application using the published instructions. Review takes place throughout the application window.

  2. 2. Clear, respectful feedback

If information is missing, we explain what to correct. If your application does not meet the advertised requirements, we send a regret explaining the specific reasons and appropriate guidance. You may ask us to correct a factual error.

  3. 3. Final selection after closing

Suitable applications remain under consideration in a confidential candidate pool. No early “passed” or appointment message is issued. Final comparison follows the closing date.

After closing, the selection team aims to identify up to ten suitable candidates for each departmental role family and duty station, subject to enough qualified applicants. Lead and Assistant appointments must each meet the relevant job requirements. Other shortlisted candidates may be invited to discuss additional work where suitable roles are defined; this is not a guarantee of employment.

Applications close 30 November 2026, 23:59 EAT. Planned start: 1 December 2026 for selected, verified appointees with written offers.

A receipt confirms submission only. Assessment, ranking and credentials are reviewed by authorised people. Internal scores and pool rankings are not published. Pending applications remain pending until reviewed. Quote your reference when contacting mark@norisha.org.

Outcome and reporting instructions

Subject to confirmed funding, approved staffing and deployment readiness, our target is to communicate an outcome or any outstanding-check status by the morning of 1 December 2026. Cleared appointees receive their role, duty station, reporting contact and start instructions in writing before deployment. Do not travel or start work without written appointment and reporting instructions. Pending checks do not constitute employment.

Enrol for regional coordinator office staff

Choose your role and describe relevant experience. Enrolment and emailed applications are separate steps. Quote the same reference in all follow-up.

Register your interest

Create an initial profile for regional coordinator office staff. Review, verification and written approval follow separately. No account, payment, smartphone ownership or document upload is needed.

1. Your contact details
Your intended two-year work base

Choose the place where you expect to reside and work for the next two years after starting an approved placement. If you plan to move soon, select your intended destination, not your birthplace or former home county. The first transfer review may be requested after one year of service; a transfer requires written approval and is not automatic. Registration is not an appointment; final location, start date and terms follow a written offer.

Office applied for: Regional Coordinator office

State the area where you expect to reside during the placement, including your destination if moving soon. Do not give a house number, GPS coordinates or a precise home address. Private residence verification follows only when needed.

Employment and beneficiary assistance are assessed separately. Do not put beneficiary case or health information here.

2. Your participation

Give general information only. Do not enter ID or passport numbers, KRA PINs, SHA or medical details, bank information, precise home addresses, or names/details of children or other beneficiaries. An authorised reviewer will arrange any necessary private verification later.

3. Review and submit

Norisha uses your contact details and this initial profile to review your enquiry and contact you. Records are saved privately and a review notification is sent through our email provider to mark@norisha.org. Unsuccessful enquiries are reviewed for deletion after six months unless retention is required. Contact mark@norisha.org for access, correction or withdrawal, or Kenya’s Office of the Data Protection Commissioner about your rights.

Employment and beneficiary assistance are assessed separately and confidentially. Locality supports work matching; residence alone does not establish competence. Community verification for assistance is arranged through an authorised caseworker.
